Director's Background
Director Laura Carey has a solid background in health and hygiene having been an NVQ-qualified nursery nurse before founding First Class Cleaning and Maintenance. She is also an associate of ISSA, the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association as well as being a qualified NVQ Assessor capable of training cleaning staff to gain a nationally recognised qualification.

Laura wants to make the cleaning profession more highly perceived by encouraging customers to choose cleaning professionals - those who have undertaken studies in subjects such as cleaning science - which she believes will be highly beneficial to health and environmental issues on a large scale. This is one of the reasons she became an NVQ Assessor, so that she can help and encourage cleaning staff to progress their careers and gain qualifications.
