We provide full training for all our staff and as an accredited training provider we can help you achieve a range of nationally recognised cleaning industry related qualifications.

NVQ Accreditation
First Class Cleaning and Maintenance is committed to helping cleaning become recognised as a profession and career of choice rather than just a job.

Managing Director Laura Carey is an NVQ Assessor. She encourages staff to train to NVQ level whereupon so that they can take on a supervisory position and increase their earnings. And even that's not the top of the career path because supervisors are then able to train as assessors able to move into training roles.

Our Requirements
We strive to maintain our established reputation for the highest standards of work so we only take on staff that comply with our strict requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience
• Two checkable references
• CRB (Police) Check
• Full driving licence / car owner
• Valid Passport and UK Visa
• Registered or willing to register as self employed
